Executive Team Leader

Being responsible for leadership during operating hours, as well as opening and closing the food court, you would involve in enhancing our guests’ experience as well as coordinating interaction among Service and Leadership Teams. This is a great opportunity for you to develop and polish up your leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Primary duties for Exectuive Team Leader would be:
• Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the store strategy and action plan.
• Motivating Service Teams to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures.
• Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Execute profit and loss management, follow cash control/security procedures, maintain inventory control, keep adequate records, and take appropriate actions.
• Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance are property executed.
• Participate and execute scheduled company marketing plans.
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts.

Some Minimum Requirements for the Executive Team Leader are:
• 2-year college degree; all majors are encouraged to apply
• 5 years of Restaurant/Hotel Management and/or Chef Experience.
• Desire to pursue a career in hospitality management.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Team-oriented thinking with great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in various situations.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong analytical skills, including problem solving, decision making, and financial analysis.
